David Hand is a nature photographer and naturalist who lives in western Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. His main interest is studying the lives of salamanders, in particular the Marbled Salamander (Ambystoma opacum). He will be sharing about the life cycle of the amazing Marbled Salamander, through his own pictures and video, and stories of his field observations. David’s work with Marbled Salamanders has recently been featured in Reptiles Magazine. We are excited to host a great salamander presentation in March, which is when Spring amphibian migration takes places throughout our region.
